  • AVH Clicks does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of any posted content.
  • Users are prohibited from posting illegal, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
  • AVH Clicks will not be held liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from the content posted by users.

3. Liability Disclaimer

  • AVH Clicks acts as a platform for users to post and browse advertisements. We do not participate in any transactions or interactions between users.
  • If a third party requests contact details of a user, such sharing is at the sole discretion and responsibility of the involved parties.
  • AVH Clicks shall not be held responsible for any disputes, losses, or legal actions arising from such interactions.

4. Content Moderation & Removal

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
