2. Non-Refundable Conditions
  • The membership has been partially or fully used.
  • The refund request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • The service was inaccessible due to issues not attributable to us (e.g., internet problems, third-party downtime, incorrect usage, etc.).
3. Cancellation
  • Users may cancel their membership at any time; however, cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund unless the above refund criteria are met.
  • After cancellation, users will no longer have access to premium membership features.
4. Refund Process
